All investigations are conducted strictly within the legal framework of India. We do not undertake illegal surveillance, hacking, or any activity that violates the Indian Penal Code, Information Technology Act, or applicable privacy legislation.

6. No Guarantee of Outcome

While we apply professional diligence to every case, the nature of investigative work means specific outcomes (e.g., locating a particular piece of evidence) cannot be guaranteed. Fees cover the investigative effort and process, not a guaranteed result.

7. Payment Terms

Case-specific fees, payment schedules, and any advance retainers will be communicated and agreed upon directly with you prior to commencing work, and are not published on this website due to case-by-case variation in scope.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding case details, as further described in our Confidentiality Agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Classic Detective Agency shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of information or reports we provide, including decisions you make based on them.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with reasonable written notice, subject to settlement of fees for work already performed.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kota, Rajasthan.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
